Become a Coach for Lakeland Youth Softball
Coaches play a vital role in the success of Lakeland Youth Softball (LYS). As leaders and mentors, we hold our coaches to a high standard, ensuring they set a positive example for our young athletes both on and off the field.
To streamline our coaching process, all head coaches and assistant coaches must complete the online application. This application helps us:
✔ Collect your contact information and add you to the Crossbar app
✔ Assign you to your designated team as official staff
✔ Provide an easy way to review and sign the Coaches Code of Conduct
✔ Authorize LYS to conduct necessary background checks
When filling out the application, please register yourself as the "player/participant." In the Crossbar system, all coaches, players, and volunteers are categorized as participants.
